Trainee manager programme
We encourage talented people looking for a career in hospitality to apply for our intensive structured trainee manager programme.
Management trainees spend nine months gaining comprehensive experience in every Columbo venue and at head office, learning every aspect of the business, from promotions to working in the kitchen, from marketing to the psychology of management.
At the end of the programme if the trainee shows himself or herself capable and meets the standards of the Columbo Group he or she will be offered a management position.
If you are motivated, innovative and enthusiastic, with great people management skills, a brain for business and a positive attitude, you could be a Columbo management trainee.
