At the Blues Kitchen, authentic Southern BBQ Food is served direct to your booth (brunch is available on Saturday & Sunday).
We slow roast our own meat each day using our in house bbq pit. Beef brisket, pork ribs and chicken slow cook over fruit woods for eight hours before they are lavished with our secret recipe BBQ sauce and special spice blends. We like to stay as true to our favourite American recipes as possible
Get your chops round some BBQ Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork or slow roast Beef Brisket. Perhaps sample one of our epic burgers, served on a butchers block with a cup of fries and a healthy dollop of home-made coleslaw. Some other southern favorites on the menu are our hearty stew dishes - the meaty gumbo and the seafood Jambalya. If all that is not enough, enjoy our thick shakes, Cheesecake or Pecan Pie!
